How will you ensure we can visit the park safely?
We will be significantly reducing the maximum capacity of guests to our theme parks and accommodation at all of our locations, ensuring guests can have a safe and enjoyable experience. Tickets will no longer be available to buy on arrival at our theme parks, pre-booking online will be a requirement.

Why do I have to wear a face covering on rides and attractions - and are there any exemptions?
Face coverings are mandatory on all rides, when using all play attractions, and all indoor communal areas including; queues, gift shops, toilets, indoor lobby areas & accommodation lobby areas. You'll not need to wear a face covering when walking around the park provided you are maintaining a safe distance from other families. In line with government guidance, face coverings are a form of mitigation where the 2m rule cannot be guaranteed and additionally where it can be expected that visitors may scream and shout.
Face coverings do not protect the actual person but they do provide some protection to others around them, including our team members. Therefore, all guests who wish to use the rides and attractions, other than those who are exempt, will need to wear a face covering to protect other guests and our staff.

You'll not need to wear a face covering when walking around the park provided you are maintaining a safe distance from other families. Children under 11 are not required to wear their face coverings in indoor communal areas.

How do I book using my wowcher/prepaid voucher?
Prepaid Wowcher/Living Social tickets can now be used until October 2021. You will need to prebook and this can be done through our standard booking system. There is a special day ticket option called 3rd Party Prepaid.
Simply go to the booking calendar
, pick your visit date and select the prepaid option. Don't forget to bring along your prepaid tickets on the day.
Can I book accommodation with theme park access included?
We do have accommodation packages that include theme park entry:
Funtime Sleepovers (1 Night Stays): Theme park entry is included on the second day of your stay.
Stay and Plays (2 nights or more): Enjoy entry to Gulliver's Theme Park on each day after arrival, including the day of departure.

I've completed my booking but still haven't received my email confirmation. What should I do next?
Please double check your spam and junk folders within your email account. Sometimes our confirmations can be filtered into those folders automatically. If it's still not there, then please email our booking team through firstname.lastname@example.org or call 01925 444 888. Please bear with us during these busy periods, we will get back to you as soon as possible to confirm your booking and resend your confirmation.
I work for the NHS, am I eligible for the concessionary rate? Can I use a Blue Light Card as proof of eligibility?
Who is eligible for the concessionary rate? What proof is required?
To be eligible for the concessionary discounted entry rate you will need to provide one of the following documents:
- MAX Card
- MOD 90 ID Card
- Blue Badge
- Blue Light Card
- NHS Badge/Identification
- DLA or PIP letter (together with photo ID of the person named within the letter).

Is there a discount for booking theme park tickets in advance?
Is there a discount for group bookings?
Yes, there is a discount for parties of twenty or more paying guests. The amount you save depends on when you are visiting. For further details, please ring the Gully Hotline on 01925-444888 or email us
Are there any restrictions on the rides and attractions?
Height and other safety restrictions apply on some of the rides. Details are displayed at each individual ride.
What are the medical provisions on site?
There are trained first aiders and a first aid post on each site you'll find that this is marked on the park map. Our first aiders are trained to deal with minor injuries and the first stages of any major injuries.
Are there places to eat in the theme park?
Yes, there are several places on site where you can choose from a wide range of meals and snacks. We have restaurants, fast food outlets, snack kiosks and healthy eating options, so there's plenty of choice.
*Update* Due to current restrictions in place there will be a reduced number of food outlets and indoor seating areas available. Takeaway options will be available. Guests are welcome to bring along picnics.
How can I beat the queues?
At Gulliver's, queuing times for rides are never too long, so we don't offer fast tracking for queues.
Can I bring my dog?
Sorry, no dogs allowed on site unless they are guide dogs.
Is smoking allowed on the park?
There are designated smoking areas which are clearly marked on the park map.
Is there a discount for guests with additional needs?
Guest with additional needs may qualify for concessionary tickets at a reduced rate. Proof of eligibility will be required on entry. Pease see the accessibility section of our website.
Can children under 16 come to the park without a parent?
Children 16 and under must be accompanied by an adult.
What do theme park tickets include?
Theme park tickets include entrance to the park and access to all the theme park rides and attractions*.
*Height restrictions apply.
Can adults visit the theme park without any children?
Due to the family nature of Gulliver’s, groups of adults or single adults with no accompanying children will not be permitted onto the theme park. If you are joining a group who are already in the theme park then simply ask the group to meet you at the entrance gates, where they can confirm that you are a member of their group.
What cards do you accept for payment?
Gulliver's accepts Mastercard and Visa Credit and Debit Cards. American Express Cards are not accepted.
Can I exit the park to collect belongings from our car during the day if required?
Yes, just inform a member of the team at the front entrance before leaving.
Do I need to print my ticket or can I use my phone to present it for scanning?
It's absolutely fine to present the confirmation/ticket on your phone upon arrival. All the details about your booking will be sent to you via email.
