Car & Coach Parks

Free car and coach parking is available in front of the main entrance. There is also limited parking for Disability Blue Badge holders.

Guest Relations

Any information you may require to make your day a more memorable one, may be obtained by making a visit to our Guest Relations office situated near the main entrance. From here you can collect information regarding all our special events taking place throughout the year.

Toilets 

There are toilet blocks in each area that are complete with handwash and drying facilities.

Accessible Toilets

These toilets are accessible by wheelchair users and are available in each area on the park.

First Aid

First Aid is available at Guest Relations at the upper gate entrance, near to the crazy barrels ride.

Mothers Feeding Room

If you need somewhere in private to feed your baby then you will find the dedicated mothers feeding rooms in Bourbon Street, Adventure Land and at the upper gate entrance.

Baby Warming Facilities

To help make feeding your toddlers much easier you will find in each of our restaurants microwave facilities to warm your bottle or baby food.

Baby Change Room

We know how important it is to have a clean and dry area for that moment in the day when you need to change your baby.

You will find baby changing facilities in each area.

Wheelchair Hire

For any guests who have difficulty in getting around the park, there are wheelchairs available for hire from Guest Relations (a refundable deposit is required).

Lockers

Situated in Bourbon street at the lower gate entrance and at Guest relations at the upper gate entrance (additional cost).

Smoking

For those who smoke There are dedicated smoking areas around the park, these are located on the park map.

Please refrain from smoking in areas other than those dedicated.
