Facilities at Gulliver's Kingdom

Free car and coach parking is available in front of the main entrance. There is also limited parking for Disability Blue Badge holders.

Any information you may require to make your day a more memorable one, may be obtained by making a visit to our Guest Relations office situated near the main entrance. From here you can collect information regarding all our special events taking place throughout the year.

There are toilet blocks in each area that are complete with handwash and drying facilities.

These toilets are accessible by wheelchair users and are available in the following areas: Western World, Safari Kingdom, Smugglers Wharf. 

First Aid is available at Guest Relations (situated at the front of the park).

If you need somewhere in private to feed your baby then you will find the dedicated mothers feeding room in Bourbon Street

We know how important it is to have a clean and dry area for that moment in the day when you need to change your baby.

You will find baby changing facilities in each area.

For any guests who have difficulty in getting around the park, there are wheelchairs available for hire from Guest Relations (a refundable deposit is required). 

For visitors to Gulliver's Kingdom in Matlock Bath, owing to the natural hillside on which the theme park is built, manual wheelchair users must be aware that mobility may be difficult or restricted on steeper slopes.

These are located in Bourbon Street. (additional cost).

Smoking and vaping is only permitted in designated areas. For the comfort and wellbeing of all guests, please respect this rule, and do not smoke or vape in any attraction areas, queuelines or seating areas (both indoor and outdoor). Designated smoking and vaping areas are located on the park map.
