Explorers HQ is manned at points throughout the day, however if you do have any problems outside of these hours, please call 07481 101574 to contact our on-site personnel for further assistance.

You will have familiarised yourself with the resort terms and conditions upon booking. Please also pay special attention to the general site information for further resort details.
🎠 WRISTBANDS - Wristbands are allocated to all stay and play guests upon check in and must be worn at all times. These wristbands will entitle the wearer to: Unlimited access to Gulliver’s Kingdom from the opening times on the day of your arrival, until the closing time on the day of your departure. Please report to Explorers HQ if your wristband becomes lost or damaged at any point.
📍 RECEPTION - Visit Explorers HQ for information, to pre-book activities, or to browse the shop. Please note, if we are not in reception and are out on safari, you can also contact us on 07481101574.
🩹 FIRST AID - First aid services are located at Explorers HQ and at Guest Relations in Gulliver’s Kingdom. If emergency assistance is required outside operational hours, please use the contact number provided within this pack for guidance.
🚨 FIRE - Your accommodation is fitted with a smoke alarm. In the event of a fire please evacuate immediately and raise the alarm. Please make your way to the nearest fire assembly point.
🧒 SUPERVISION OF CHILDREN - Children remain the responsibility of their parents and guardians at all times. Children’s play and recreational areas on site are not supervised, and we do not offer a crèche facility.
📣 NOISE - Between the hours of 8pm and 7am noise should be kept to a minimum. At all other times noise must be kept to a reasonable level so as not to disturb other guests. Excessively noisy or disruptive behaviour, or behaviour which has a negative effect on the amenity of other guests, is unacceptable. Guests who continue to display noisy or disruptive behaviour may be asked to leave the premises as per the Terms and Conditions of stay.
🧳 PERSONAL BELONGINGS - Your personal belongings remain your responsibility at all times. We strongly recommend that you take any valuables with you when you leave your accommodation. Please ensure that your accommodation is locked and secure when you leave it. Cars are left in the car parks at your own risk, and any personal belongings left in your vehicle remain your responsibility at all times. Please lock your vehicle securely and remove all valuable items from view. Please note that Gulliver’s will not accept responsibility for loss or damage to your property.
ENTERING & EXTITING THE RESORT
🚗 CAR PARK BARRIER - The main car park for Gulliver’s Kingdom Resort can only be accessed by one point. For security purposes, the main entrance point is closed on an evening. After this time, guests can enter and exit the through the electronic barrier located on the road leading to the Gulliver’s Resort site. The code for this is on the back of your room key.
CHECKING OUT
👋 DEPARTURE DAY - Checkout time 10AM
You must vacate your accommodation and return your key by 10am to a member of staff in Explorers HQ. If you are a Stay & Play customer you are more than welcome to continue to enjoy Gulliver’s Kingdom Theme Park or any additional Gulliver’s attractions on the day of your departure. Your wristbands will remain valid until the closing time on your departure day. Tickets for entry to each attraction on your departure day may be purchased on the gate if entry has not been pre-booked or included as part of your stay and play package. For any further information please speak to a member of staff who will be happy to help.

🧼 FAMILY FACILITIES ROOM - Open 8.30am - 7pm - Guests are welcome to use the washing facilities, iron and ironing board. Please ask at Explorers HQ for use of the iron and ironing board. There is no charge to use these facilities. An accessible toilet and baby change is also available.
🌡️ ENERGY SAVING - Help us in our efforts to reduce water and energy consumption. To help the environment, our boiler system will heat up your water overnight. If you need an extra boost of hot water during your stay, please press our "boost button" located next to your microwave.
🌳 OUTDOOR PLAY AREA - The outdoor play area is ideal for children to let off steam, so even after a day on the park the fun continues. Table Tennis bats and balls can be borrowed from Explorers HQ.
🚬 DESIGNATED SMOKING AREAS - Located on the retreat terrace.
📀 DVD LIBRARY - A choice of DVD’s suitable for all age ranges are available from Explorers HQ. A small refundable deposit is requested.
📚 LEISURE LIBRARY - If you’re looking for a book to read please visit our Library or borrow a game from Explorers HQ.
🛒 SHOP - A selection of useful items is available in the explorers shop including toiletries, nappies, sweets and toys.
🍼 BABY CARE - Travel cots are available at Explorers HQ free of charge if required.
